Have to give a HUGE shoutout to Andres Air! Our A/C went out about three and a half weeks ago, and we needed a part to finish the installation. We reached out to Andre a few days ago to see if we could purchase one from him. He didnt have it in stock, but he was able to get one for us through one of his suppliers.When I answered the door, I was simply expecting a quick exchange of the part and the amount we owed him. Instead, he started opening the box, walked right in, and said, Okay, lets go take a look at this. So my hubby took him out to the garage, and before we knew it, the ENTIRE installation was completeand our heater and A/C were working again! This was TOTALLY NOT what we expected! Andre went above and beyond to help us, and we are so incredibly grateful. He completed the installation for us and made the entire process so easy and stress-free.
