I can't say enough good things about Andres Heating and Air in Vacaville. I've used them several times over the years, and they've always been fast to respond, trustworthy, and quick to get the job done right. Most recently, my elderly mom's heater went out in her 110-year-old home--poor insulation, freezing nights, and a lot of concern on our end. We had no idea how long the repair or replacement might take. I reached out to Andres, and they had someone out there within two days and a new heater fully installed in just five days. The level of responsiveness and professionalism was incredible, and the peace of mind they gave our family meant a lot. If you're looking for a company that's reliable, honest, and truly cares about their customers, Andres Heating and Air is the one to call. Highly recommend!

The service was beyond exceptional! Completely trust worthy! I was under a time crunch. I almost went with the first company I had come out. I’m so glad I shopped around! I was charged $5000 less. Yes that’s FIVE THOUSAND less than their competition would have charged me for exactly the same job MINUS a warranty! I cannot thank this father, Andre and son, Drew duo enough! They choose doing great work, honesty, and integrity over gouging their clients! Anyone would be foolish not to use their services!

Andre's Air installed a mini split unit in our home. The installation process took four days. The mechanics were polite, professional and thorough from start to finish. We have been using it for a month now and I am very happy with the way the system looks and performs.

Andre’s Air always comes through for me. When air or heat goes out for a tenant it is very stressful time as I want my tenants happy and comfortable. They are quick to set the appt, sent a note when the technician was on his way and walked me through his recommendation of next best steps to problem solve the issue. Just a shoutout for the employees at Andre's. My wife and I had moved our vehicles in preparation for the street sweeper, and one of the Andre's folks showed up and parked in the spot. I asked him if he could move to let the street sweeper get the spot (there were a lot of leaves!), and without hesitation he jumped in and moved. He even helped deal with a highly unprofessional street sweeper who (longer story). So, shoutout to the awesome Andre's crew that was working in west Napa on Dec. 16. To Andre's management, you have a great team representing you out in the field. Next time I need work done, you guys are at the top of my list.

I appreciated the quick turnaround and flexibility on appointment times. The guys did a great job and were respectful and even took the time to clean up particles that dropped from the attic. I’m glad I signed up for the annual plan and would definitely recommend!
